If you are going to the Southern Oaks Plantation it’s a nice place. I’ve never once heard of an issue there

Can you imagine the turbulence for people that are flying today and tomorrow? Wow...

frick that. I want highs in the 80s and lows in the mid 60's all year round. Everything stays green and energy bills are amazing.

I wonder if LSU Athletic Dept. has enough sense to NOT plan to play baseball tomorrow. Maybe play DH today or Sunday?

I like a little chill in the morning. 65 here in the morning here is too muggy feeling. I'll take 48-52 March through May.

The latest GFS run has us only getting an inch of rain tomorrow but weather channel is calling for 2-3 inches. Not sure what the other models are showing but the GFS must be on the drier side.

I guess Beer Fest is still going on. I wonder if they are responsible should a bunch of people get hurt or killed during a severe storm? Is there any responsibility on them for holding an out door event when they know storms are coming? Or is it just up to the people to throw their money away and not go?

Believe me, y'all have enough trash at that festival. Don't need to import any.

Yet as trashy as you say it is the festival has 200,000 to 300,000 people attend it every year. This in a city of about 7,500. So the trash is coming from out of town not Ponchatoula.

Maybe they'll rename it the white knight festival and let you be the grand Marshall of the parade.

Looking at the GFS it appears to have the most severe portion of the line forming right after it crosses SELA. Biloxi on up to North Alabama may get the worst based on the current model.

Steve Caparotta said earlier that the SPC is considering an upgrade to Moderate risk (4 out of 5) for Ascension, Livingston and areas east to Biloxi and up to Hattiesburg for tomorrow.
