Bat is riskier I'd say. Either could kill you but if I see it coming I def like my chances with a baseball better

The ball will be flying at you faster depending on what type of foul it is and hit you with all of its mass.
I choose bat in a game situation..
But if someone dropped both on me standing on a building while i lay on the ground which guarantees full force and mass. Then i choose ball.

If both are being thrown I'd rather the baseball cause I could either catch it or at least knock it away. Might hurt your hand a bit but no big deal.
If its a bat being thrown or line shot foul ball off the bat ill take the bat. I was hit by a line shot off the bat in foul territory while leading off 3rd base. Didn't have so much as a second to move before the ball was on me. Luckily it wasn't at my head. Took it off the outside of my leg right below the hip. F that shite.
