I can't imaging flying with a dog on one of those little regional planes.

I have a daughter who has seizures. She's on her 3rd service dog. All fully trained and certified. The number one thing ..they are not oets but working dogs. One v should not approach them or try to pet them without asking. Just like police or military K9 . These dogs are taught to work and protect. They build a strong bond with their handler.
That being said, the world is now full of people claiming their dog is a service animal with zero training.

I laughed at the story at the bottom of the page in the OP’s link:

“United Airlines Flight Suffers Engine Failure due to Rabbit Strike”

I have never heard of this!

Sue the owner and the airline. These stupid service/emotional support dogs need to go.

Like everything in our society, it is out of control and being taken advantag of.

You cant go to Home Depot down here without seeing 5-10 people with dogs in the store. Most have vests on .

Looks like a service dog of an unknown breed bit a passenger on an American Airlines flight

The emotional support llama on my last flight would never have done this.

Why are people down voting this? This is exactly why our airline did emotional support animals. It was for traumatized kids.

There was a video posted to the internet a few days ago where a dog was attacking a small dog and some guy runs up and just starts sticking his fingers in the dogs arse.

What's the deal with service/emotional support animals? Back in my day, blind people had service dogs, and none of this pussification bullcrap. People need to nut up, and act like adults.

I flew to NY the other day, and a dude had two CHICKENS in a pet carrier backpack.

On my flight home, the same damn guy was on the flight.

And it is against the law to require them to show proof that it’s a service animal. Make that make sense!
