The best one I’ve seen lately is the girl that is obsessed with cutting “seed oils” out of her life. She updates every day how many days since she last ingested any of these “seed oils” and is convinced that she has lost cellulite on her legs, her hair is shinier and she is generally more happy in her day to day life.
I guess these people don’t know how fricking insane they sound.

People who film themselves working out and post it to social media get an auto-block from me. That's top tier narcissism.

Or their meals. No one gives a frick, except white women.
Next big thing will be the morning shite.

Oh look at me, I'm swinging a kettlebell between my legs. Now let me explain to you in a wall of text how this is better than everything in this whole world.

Out of all the shitty trends, this is the least of the worst. At least they aren’t being fat fricks

People seriously post shite like:
You think posting to a quasi anonymous Social Media Platform every day for a decade(OT regulars) and ridiculing everything people do on public social media platforms is any better?

You just put "cringe" in your title. You're part of the problem OP

Harvard scientists says she is full of shite. She probably takes ivermectin too.

Scientists debunk claims of seed oil health risks June 22, 2022—While the internet may be full of posts stating that seed oils such as canola and soy are “toxic,” scientific evidence does not support these claims, according to experts. Guy Crosby, adjunct associate of nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, was among those quoted in a May 31, 2022 Consumer Reports article who pushed back on the idea that these oils cause health ills ranging from headaches to heart disease.
