Yep, apparently near Montopolis and East Riverside...which is again a low-income, mostly non-white area. Looking more likely that there's an agenda here.

I'm REALLY hoping this doesn't turn out to be a white guy. If so, Trump better come out swinging in swift remarks just to tame the inevitable racial shite storm that would develop.
