I was asking a legitimate question. She seemed to explain her story and if she truly had not committed a crime, there shouldn't be a situation where you can be charged with resisting arrest.
In other words, if the initial stop is bogus, fleeing that stop shouldn't be a crime, at least in a perfect world.

Being a Cop seems like a sweet deal. You basically get to beat the shite out of people then charge them with resisting arrest and alot of people will have your back still

You ask the cop if you're being detained. If he says yes you ask for what. If he says no you ask if you are free to go.
Pretty straight forward. You just don't leave because you don't feel like being detained at that time.

The video isn't conclusive as to whether the teen was trying to "flee". The video does show a POS officer, though.
