My guess is Tacoma PD freaked out because the only two black people in the State of Washington were riding bikes near a high end shopping area.

If she sits there, is respectable, and doesn't try to leave, nothing happens. Its the "frick the police" attitude. Sucks she even got pulled over but dont try to leave when an officer is clearly talking to you. Thats just common sense that doesnt apply to kids these days.

What's amazing to me is that most of the true bigots I encounter live somewhere where the black residents largely segregate themselves and have little impact on the lives of the white trash who despise them so much.

other article state officer was off duty working mall security. I'm sure mall security stops vagrants peddling around mall parking lots all the time.
