I'd say the inlaws are grown adults capable of making decisions regarding how they help out their adult children.

Why add unnecessary drama in your life by getting involved??

tell you wife to step up and bitch slap her. You need to stay out of it -- lose/lose for you if you do it

quick question: Are you tapping the "intitled" sister-in-law? If so, changes the entire dynamic. And perhaps more importantly: does she swallow? could make for a touchy situation.

it has nothing at all to do with you...believe me, if you get involved, the whole bunch will turn on you...

fwiw, if all of this angst is due to your wife chirping about it, then that is something that you need to address with her, but the rest is absolutely none of your business...

Similar situation.

With the in-laws, it's not your place to say anything. Best you can do is covertly sandbag the sister-in-law.

Oh, and this sounds like a situation your wife or your in-laws need to deal with. If the sister-in-law is a nuisance to your parents-in-law, they should man up and tell her.

Only thing he mentioned about that is his inlaws can't watch other grandkids because the other kids are there. You can't really get upset that another family member beat you to free childcare. At least not enough to actually speak up about it. Think how that will sound.

Without a doubt, this is the correct answer. Or y'all could do it together.

That's why you care. Why don't you pay for your own baby sitter and not be upset because you can't mooch off your inlaws.

Oh, and stay out of it.

Just make sure the in-laws put the trailer in their will for your wife and all will come out equal in the end.

Always get involved with in-laws family situations. It always works out and they're anyways grateful.

Stop listening to everyone. If your wife isn't going to say anything...you do it.
