Advanced medical care would cease. All dialysis patients would die quickly.
Over time, even basic modern health care would be scarce. Stockpiles of things like bandages and antibiotics would depleted fairly quickly.
Contraceptives like implants and pills would get used up, and it’s impact of women’s lives would be huge.
Deaths during childbirth would become a major problem again.

Ammunition would also become scarce. These survival shows have people just blowing through magazine after magazine is bullshite.

Anyone taking medications to live would die
Anyone needing medical procedures regularly like dialysis would die
Pretty much anyone seriously injured, infirm, or sick would die
We’d have a lot less people around relatively quickly and could focus on the survival of the healthy

Did a little digging and the land I currently own was land granted by the bureau of land management in 1915 crazy to think there was still free land down here as late as that.
Also there evidently wasn’t a property tax as the grant reads “ now know ye, that there is, therefore, granted by the United States unto said claimant the tract of land described above to have and to hold the said tract of land, with the appurtenances thereof, unto said claimant and to the heirs and assigns of the said claimant forever.”

Deer won't be extinct. In fact after humans die off quickly from fatness and other heth conditions like diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, etc that require medication there will be more deers than humans.
The thing that may change that would be feral pitbulls and German Shepards.

In the SE with high ownership with rifles and mostly easily accessible terrain, it wouldn't take long to wipe them if they were a huge part of the diet. I'm talking about a complete breakdown, no electricity, little communication and gas no longer being produced and distributed.
Wild hogs, being much harder to kill will last a little longer.
Prior to WW2 the whitetail population was so decimated in much of the SE that deer had to be imported to restock the population.
