A cop once blocked me in to question some 12-14 year old black kids who were just eating outside
I said move your car and he caught an attitude and started cussing me
I cussed him out back and he threatened to arrest me
Give more details. What words were spoken?

You must have really pisses him off to get an unmarked unit to pull you over. Those guys don’t run traffic unless it was a ghost unit and you just couldn’t see the markings.

If you got pulled over for excessive use of the horn and didn't slap the frick out of that idiot you deserve a ticket for being too beta. I'm a cop and that's just stupid.
An OT baw got a ticket for this a few weeks ago. He made a thread about it.

Only SOME of what he said ACTUALLY happened.

I basically said you call me a mother fricker well frick you too and I know they weren’t doing shite so stop cussing at me and move your fricking car. Then he threatened to arrest me and I called him sensitive.

Don’t waste time complaining. He could have murdered you, and Internal Affairs would have called it a good shoot,
You disrespected the modern pussified police force. They can’t handle so much as a sideways glance or dirty word without being literally triggered.
Mail delivery folks encounter dogs daily. Rarely bitten. Police see one and kill it immediately. Accordingly, police are way bigger pussies than the mail lady.

If he "mother fricked" you first and you threw it back at him, he pretty much didn't have a leg to stand on as far as arresting you for anything. As long as you were sober and legal as far as your vehicle, you had every right to come back at him like he did with you.

I have an uncle who was ticketed for going through a small town at 125 mph. The judge’s veins in his neck were showing he was so angry. He asked my uncle “what in the world do you mean going under that traffic light doing 125?” My uncle looked at him, and without missing a beat, truthfully responded “Because I had to slow down for the intersection, your honor.”

Does the BC stand for British of Columbia or Boston College or something else? Just curious.

Again, if it’s the hill you want to die on, by all means have at it. I just wouldn’t waste the time or effort to go to the station, file the request/complaint, get the evidence, etc. it would be a multiple day thing that, to me, just isn’t a productive use of my time
You can likely call with the story and they will pull the evidence from there. It’s not like this is going to come with depositions and trials and... at worst you have to do it in person and should take little to no time on a single visit for a competent department

Nothing good can come out of trying to challenge a police for this type of behavior. They have too many avenues to make your life miserable if they decide to do so.

First of all, I think OP is embellishing. I believe he saw a cop driving like he said, but he is full of shite with the rest of his story.
Everything in the story is true. I left out a lot of our roadside conversation but I gave the high level recap.

Secondly, how old are you OP?
Old. Like, OT old.

Pics?
The cop acted respectfully and professionally towards me in our dialogue but I’m sure he would have happily ticketed me if he could find a violation other than honking my horn. I agree with the posts here that say I was lucky that it didn’t escalate and I posted here hoping to hear from others who filed police complaints and whether the process was worth the trouble.
The officer was the one who suggested calling his sergeant, for the record. Another OT plot twist - the officer was (and probably still is) black.

I wouldn't have made the original hand gesture that got you pulled over. You anal type A personalities need to learn to mind your own fricking business. You create your own unnecessary drama and problems by doing shite like this.

Since there are so many people that do not want to work and choose to live off hard working taxpayers, I tend to tolerate a lot from anyone who works for a living.
Yes I have lowered the bar, but we need all the taxpayers we can get
