I’ve watched enough of these nasty videos on YouTube to know that if you don’t get the “sack” out then it will keep coming back. Just go to the doctor

They keep coming back until the sack that keeps filling is removed. Go see a dermatologist.

That's the thing. I had surgery to remove the "sack" and this bastard is back again.

Had one that I waited too long to go to the Dr with and it got infected and ended up having to have it and scar tissue cut out.
I'd say go to the Dr early so they can remove it. They don't typically resolve spontaneously.

Just go to an ENT. They will take it out in 15 minutes.

They probably didn't get all if it. Go see that Asian doctor with the Youtube channel.

Gonna keep coming back until it's fully removed.

An ENT can take care of it in office.

I got them behind the ear in college all the time and just kept lancing them. They went away on their own a few years later.

I had one on the side of my head, went to docs a few times where they cut open the side of my head with local anesthetics, finally went to general surgeon and went under, never has come back since. not sure what extent you have done

I had one years ago and I had it removed. It was no big deal. A shot to numb it and a few stitches.
