The logical next step is to set up some tribunal to make sure rule breakers aren't unjustly accused.

This is exactly what they want.
They want non-stop free campaign footage of Trump's US military soldiers "attacking peaceful citizens" and "shutting down peaceful protests".
That's why they keep calling this a peaceful protest, and that's why the media refuses to report on it.
They want the large majority of this country to not understand what's going on and then blast 24-hour non-stop coverage of Trump's response.
That cannot be allowed to happen.

And thanks to all the athletes and entertainers and politicians voicing their support for the riots and now this insane experiment.
