I’m looking for an attorney who specializes with fraud and breach of contracts. Who does the OT recommend?

Get it done.
Just call.
Head and neck.
Throw your 4s up.

You’ll never prove it in court so just stop saying it now.

If you call rusty you get rusty.
And the punchable fielding.

Hey!

I bought a vehicle from a dealer (3 weeks ago) that was listed as a Z71 only to find out it was a work truck. It passed all the looks, bells, and whistles (until I decided to get new rims). The rims was the giveaway. After searching the VIN# I then knew I had been lied to. Whoever previously customized spent some serious money.

Does it being a previous fleet/work vehicle somehow exclude it from being a Z71?

If you had the opportunity to inspect it ahead of time you have a tough road ahead in proving fraud. If whatever it is you're claiming they lied about wasn't specific in the sale documents, they aren't refunding you.

What did the seller say when you confronted them?
