I'm torn on my favorite part...it was either when the workers threw something at them and one of them says "I'm a customer!" or when they were demanding that the workers hand them something they presumably dropped.
If I worked there, I'd have found the heaviest thing I could pick up and absolutely crow-hopped it at them. Or a garbage can to try to block the window completely. Because sometimes trash behavior deserves to be met with trash behavior.
It was a good idea to throw the water at them. Next time they should try the hot grease.

H.S. I worked at a Church's Chicken. Some dude was threatening to "jump the counter and kick some arse." The co-manager, guy about 20, took a pan we used for fryer cleaning, and made it clear the man would get greased if he came over the counter. Everything settled down very quickly. We even got an apology.
