It doesnt matter how vigorously the water's boiling, it's still the same temperature.

Practically nothing raw can be cooked appropriately at 212° for 1 minute. What a horrible chef.

WTF did he learn how to boil crawfish? Did they even put seasoning on them? They put them to boil for a minute and then poured them out. This is the worse thing I ever seen.

Raw crawfish, campfire potatoes(usually you foil wrap them before throwing them on the coals) and raw corn.

I'll cut some slack for the kimchi. I think it might actually work. It's at least not an instant 'Nope', although I do respect video guy's response to seeing it.

Must be instant crawfish. Along with the other ingredients. People like that give La. Food a bad reputation. I have had my share of what supposed to be cajun cooking in Fl. I don't order anything that is supposed to be a cajun dish any more
I wait for my next trip home.
