Other than the black potatoes, I like the idea of using a fryer for a small batch. Cleanup would a lot easier.

I've seen this video before and it boggled my mind that anyone would think raw potatoes, corn and crawfish would be cooked in 1 minute, no matter how hard the water is boiling.
Hell, even if using a pressure cooker it would still be raw and liable to get people sick.
