Word is he was just attrited for the second time. Doesn’t sound like a terrorist as much as a disgruntled employee that was flunked out and likely headed home to a ruined life if not death. So somewhat a terrorist but not exactly.

I've seen that he was going through the aviation program and was not allowed to carry a firearm on base.
This press conference while somewhat informative is a cluster. I will say that the sheriff handled this entire situation properly.
