Early rumor it may have been an international student. Rumor from someone stationed there. That would make it a pretty damn big story especially if the perp was from a select few countries. I’m guessing someone was about to wash out or get into trouble, and this was a more favorable solution then being sent home. Just a complete rumor from a not very good source.
