They broke the law... hell,with a simple charge like that, they can take a few classes and get it expunged... and I am speaking from experience
All they learned is they can break the law and get off with no repercussion, thus making them more prone to committing worse offenses
Now imagine what will happen if the investigation comes back without an indictment of the two officers... Now those people are really pissed off and believe they can do anything they want

Depending on what road, the prosecution changes.
Blocking Airline: state charges, 19th JDC.
Good wood: city court house.
They will not have same judges.
She only sets bond amounts.

Yep. It will only make them do it again and cause more of these incidents to happen, causing future municipalities to devote more time, money and resources.
