nother issue is we continue to use what percentage of graduates are ready for college, and what percentage go to college as the sole criteria for evaluating high school education. There needs to be vocational pathways provided for those with no interest in going to college which is s large percentage.

There was. Didn’t you see the crime graph?

So African Americans are way below in every category except one. Graduation from high school. They are only four percentage points behind Whites and nine percentage points behind Asians. Hell they even lead the Latinx group by ten points. They just want African Americans out of the system

Asians are also way more likely to have parents with college degrees.

I suspect the gap narrows significantly once you control for parental education.

Parents who value education = kids who value education.

What is the poverty level of each race? That would probably be a better indicator than race itself.. I know this is not in line with what the OT thinks, but a small percentage of one race usually means they were too poor to get out.

How do you whites feel knowing Asians are the superior race?

Well ain't this a bitch....

quote:

The poverty rate for immigrant Californians was 21.6%, compared to 14.4% for non-immigrants, and poverty among undocumented immigrants was 35.7%. More than one in five (21.4%) Latinos lived in poverty, compared to 17.4% of African Americans, 14.5% of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders, and 12.1% of whites.

I've always said that we overlook the travesties that Asians went through in most recent memory (WW2 incarceration camps)

You have to be pretty damn old to remember that.

They’re an unique bunch though. I’ve gone a couple of dates with Asians and they’re wired differently.
