As a resident of an adjacent county, this is par for the course of Copperas Cove.
It's adjacent to Killeen/Fort Hood. The officers escape to Harker Heights and Temple/Belton and the enlisted stay in Killeen. The trash that lives off of the army and does meth goes to CC. There are some fine people there, but CC is the last town i'd live in out of the CentralTexoplex.
