I don’t think so. The models have trended much further East all day today. Only one to wait for now is the 18z EURO very soon. I’d assume that’s going to shift eastward too.

They haven’t been that much further east. Let’s not exaggerate. And they didn’t shift the cone that much at 7. NHC doesn’t generally make drastic changes in forecasted path between advisories. It’s a gradual thing.

Well, we heard yours and it didn’t age well at all.

They didn’t shift it at all at 7 bc they don’t make changes on intermediate advisories.

However, I understand what you’re saying and I agree they don’t usually make huge changes like that but we are too close to landfall. If they’re going to grab the attention of those in MS/AL, they’re gonna do it via a big change in cone/track. I think it’s too late for them to evacuate. They have to get their attention somehow.

What? Some of you take this place way too serious. You’re gonna bow out of every weather thread if you’re wrong? Who fricking cares, dude.

I think you should stop making predictions. Those on here who are credible generally stray away from absolutes. If you don’t, then more than not you will look wrong and foolish.

I'm not giving a prediction, because I don't know jack shite about what the hurricane will do. I'm no weather expert, just like you aren't.

All I did was tell people who are in here actually looking for info to not pay attention to what you say. You've admitted to posting shite just for attention. In a time where people may be desperate for info, getting it from you is not good. You may be correct, you may not be. Fact remains, you are a attention seeking idiot, and shouldn't be listened to.

Stolen from an actual pro on 2k.

First time we've got some convection wrapped around the north side of the center.

Yep. I stand by my prediction of a big change in cone at 10:00.

Pretty sure that was also your prediction for 7 pm too. Ouch.

If you’re not a pro, then do we really care about your predictions? Why make them?

I agreed with everything until there. I’m not trying to seek attention here but you called me a moron for stating what literally every model shows now and felt I had to defend myself. Don’t call me a moron for making a prediction you disagree with then cop out of making one yourself when I call you out on it. Man up and defend why you think I’m wrong. Otherwise shut up about it.
