La. had a similar cloud pass in spring 2018. The sky turned radiant pink orange at dusk due to dust elevation and angle of sun light. The sky was eerily cool. Only time I've ever seen it.
P.S.- it should reflect some of the summer heat. Maybe the climate alarmists will calm down for a day or two.
