I'm the guy that picks up the 10 pack of cartridges at the store whenever it's time. I noticed the store I go to now sells safety razor kits. Which do y'all use? And why?

I've recently been using schick 5 blade with edge sensitive pro relief and it is the smoothest shave I have ever experienced.

I use a safety razor. I spent about $120 on everything about a year ago and haven't spent a dime since. Still have like 70 blades and half the jar of shave soap left.

I bought a safety razor because my skin is sensitive af and I heard that it would help. I've enjoyed it so far, and a year's supply of blades only cost about 40 bucks.

Safety razor on my face (Astra blades), Schick Extreme 3 on my head. Safety razors are much better for getting a good line in facial hair.

I do the 10 pack, too. I can normally get two shaves from each of them and I shave every 2-3 days....so, two months at $8.

Protip: shave in the shower. The steam gives you a closer shave and the blades last longer.

I've used Gillete Mach 20, Wal Mart throw aways, $150 electrics, and now a double edge safety razor. Ill probably be useing that till I'm not shaving anymore.

Got a safety razor for Christmas and have really been enjoying it. Very close shave and kinda fun doing it. I have a Viking Chieftain razor. If you try it out, i recommend buying the 100 blade sampler off Amazon and just trying out those blades.

I use a straight razor.

The only real advantage to it is that you can shave a 1 day or 1 month beard the same way. I got tired of trimming before I could shave after a week at the camp.

I use a merkur safety razor. The blades are cheap and I love it. If you shave every day it's great. Get a brush and some good shaving cream and razor burn is a thing of the past
