yeah, i understand that.
but it gives you a rough baseline of how many folks in Harris County are likely to have needed assistance in obtaining meals soon after this started. a lot. it's a problem.

The free food line at the schools in Katy wrap around the block. People sit for an hour for a couple brown bag lunches. None of these people are starving. But it’s paid for with taxes and it’s an outing so whatever.

If they were giving away "free" bags of dog turds there would be 3000 vehicles line up in Houston. IF it is "free" people will line up.
Fort Bend was giving away hand sanitizer about a month ago and the lines to pick up 2 bottles was something like 3 hours long. 4 thousand vehicles whose occupants have nothing else to do? Yes, absolutely shocking in a city with an area population of almost 7,000,000. Wow.. just wow.

80% of Houston is obese anyway. They could skip a few meals.

Amazing a twit who’s accomplishments are working for a non profit overseas and being a translator for a hospital can have so much power...
But hell, a fricking bartender is in the US House

Hopefully, all of this is an awakening for people that they need to have an emergency fund, and stop trying to one up Karen.

Make no mistake, the court (ie Ellis and Garcia) run that show. She is a puppet on a string.
