Bob, maybe reading comprehension is not your thing. I said I couldn’t imagine someone being charged and found guilty of sexual battery.
You responded citing a case in Kentucky where the offender was found guilty or plead to misdemeanor harassment. You then made a snide comment about how things must be different in the south.
Now you are saying the events are different and you added “what if facts” that are in no way relevant to what actually occurred. What’s your point?
You then say I’m imagining things because nobody has referenced #metoo. Bob, please explain to me what the #metoo movement is about and why it has to be referenced by other posters for my point to be valid.
You say that I don’t understand why she wouldn’t want to be touched and that it’s not appropriate in any climate. Why do you assume I condone his inappropriate action? Do you also not understand that the political climate of today and expected social norms are different now than they were in the past?

But I think it would be more reasonable to get into contact with the man and understand his thought process in doing this. Then explain how it was inappropriate.
Hell, then go do a media tour and shine some light on something you care deeply about and make it a nice story explaining how the man understands his wrongs now.
