They say he spends two to three hours wandering around the white house.
He spends two to three hours getting his diapers changed.
Totally different thing. No one thinks biden does anything. He goes out and speaks carefully selected engagements and takes preselected questions at rare press appearances when they have his brain wired so he can make some sense.

They just needed Biden to win the race through name recognition, Obama ties, and "going back to the good ol days" knowing fully well he'd never last so they could finally install the first female president (big bonus points for not being white) who could never gain traction in the primaries because she's even more disingenuous and unlikable than Hillary Clinton
