Get a good pair of scissors & a broom... Go around asking people if you can cut their grass.. You will do it for them for $15. Much cheaper than everyone else. Do that until you can afford a decent lawn mower. Pick up a few more yards raise your prices to $25. Once you save up enough, buy a blower (not OWLs mom),
Your stupidity is never-ending.
Can you cut grass? Do they have special mowers for perky jerky legs no workies like you?

I too think about starting businesses that involve doing work that most other people don't do because they are too fat and fricking lazy to do themselves.

People do this? That’s the opposite of what I’d want to pay for. I cut the grass you do the rest.

Look professional, don’t do anything for cheap. I’ll stress customer communication, if it rains or your behind contact them and let them know the plan. If they need mulch or pine straw, maybe an annual bed or landscape lighting let them know don’t have them ask you.

It can be that simple with word of mouth.
We were using one of the bigger, popular companies. The workers didn’t speak English, would always show up right after a big rain and tear up my lawn, they broke my gate TWICE and neither time even mentioned it to us.
Neighbor was using a guy who is a fireman and does it on his off days. He does everything himself and does it well. We started using him as well, then 2 more neighbors joined in. So he has 4 lawns in our cul de sac. Quality work (which isn’t rocket science) and word of mouth is all it takes.

My dad was the same way, its actually pretty common for firefighters to mow yards on their off days and most are pretty detail oriented so you get a good job.

I thought all lawn care guys were ex felons.

I don’t think it’s possible to do lawn care legally and turn a profit. They all use illegals and have no workers comp for the legally hired ex cons. They get paid in cash and pay the workers in cash and avoid taxes.

I see a lot of young white dudes in Birmingham doing landscaping.

I a man going to guess that buying a lawnmower falls into the business plan somewhere along the line

My neighbor started one. 600k house, MBA, mngnt experience, etc
I would hire him to be my ceo if i needed one...hes that qualified.
One night, wife and i are going eat, call uber..HE picks us up.
WTF....goes on to tell us he was having to pass on yards, because he couldnt keep crews together. Plus it was fall.
So, youve got expenses, equipment, exposure, labor costs and issues,
Hard to make $ like you think in your head.
Thats why you see a lot of guys doing it by themselves. They get as many as they can maintain alone, and atick to that, and keep all the money

Just remember: Suns up, blades down.

It’s possible, we have 38 employees including office staff and sales people with no illegals. We offer profit sharing, 401k with a 4% match, insurance, paid time off, among other things. Did 4.3 million last year with a 13.8 net, so yeah it’s doable.

Hit the gym around 4 in the mornings and pack on some solid muscle.
Take a cycle of Deca Durabolin and Sustanon 250 or 300 for a month. Then hit the nolvadex and clenbuterol once off the stack while also eating heavy and lifting heavy as frick.
Pay the Piper every night to keep that test high, while also letting your SO receive the fruits of your labor.
That high test will get you through the workweek I guarantee it.
Shave every other day and look homely. Have a nice cut that is modern--don't look like the 1980's.
You want the lady of the house to dream of your cock and not her yard. She hires you to do both while fulfilling, most of the time, the yard service only. But she gets off on the other.
After a long days work eat at Popeyes and order the new Spicy Chicken sandwich at least 3 times a week to keep the blood going.
Rinse and repeat as long as season is going on.
Trust me, I'm a professional.
