I truly do not care about the royal family and think it's hilarious that the same women that bitch about privilege, etc have an obsession with the most privileged family on earth.
That said, I think anyone that had a lick of common sense could see this was likely something serious, such as a bad sickness / health.
All the people talking shite about this women the whole time should feel horrible. Cancer is awful news for anyone and it doesn't discriminate based on wealth or status.

She married someone with a title. He is rich, but he is not a royal Duke so he is a private citizen and so is she. Not sure why that is hard to understand.
