I thought McKnight was chasing him and got out of his car? Yeah I'm not trying to fight NFL players

Unless Joe had a gun/weapon, he basically has to enter the car for the Castle Doctrine to take effect if I understand correctly. I don't think he ever got into the vehicle.

I haven't kept up with this too much but it was my understanding that McKnight got out of his car and walked up to Gasser's car to confront him.

i don't think that's correct but i'd say he must be trying to get in his car in the least.

Correct. I believe the law says "attempting to gain entry" but it's a big grey area.

They'll never get 2nd degree. They should've kept the charge as manslaughter.

I watched that report from Cops live, Chief said all of the casings were in the gunman car. So has that changed?

And the eye witness reports were so much full of shite, that the cops has to literally laugh. That the gun man shot the dude and stood over him and said something about another black POS taken out.

Joe chased the guy for 5 miles then blocked him in at a red light, got out of his vehicle and approached Gasser's vehicle in a combative manner....

justified shooting IMO

Do we have a link for this? My remembrance of the details are a bit fuzzy.

ETA: I'm seriously asking, not being sarcastic.
