So.....
Is everyone just going to ignore the cops saying that Glasser chased McKnight for cutting him off that was posted five or so pages ago just to argue semantics?
Literally was posted as quote from article and ignored because of a thesaurus pissing match.

This also isn't Ronalds first road rage incident.

If gasser the aggressor he is toast. Set an example and put him away if he could have deescalated and chose not to. Sounds like he was a-hole from facts coming out.

Are you aware of Joe Mcknights history of fighting, speeding and other traffic violations that he chose to not show up to court for?

It's beyond laughable that you're trying to bring up a fight between teammates on the football field, running a red light and not having his insurance card in his vehicle to Glasser beating up a guy in a road rage incident at the same fricking intersection after the guy called the number on the side of the work truck to complain about his driving. Glasser picked up the phone because it was his own number. More signs leading to that guy being a complete douchebag.

Just throwing it out there

Pretty much. Does not fit their narrative. Nor does Glasser's previous road rage incident

It has less than zero to do with anything that happened that day.

It shows that McKnight has a temper and thinks he's above the law.
He also didn't show up for a court date.

Years ago in Atlanta a similar road rage scenario took place. Early morning hours a man gets out of a vehicle driven by his lady and approaches the vehicle of another in an aggressive manner. Man in vehicle blasts said leaver of vehicle and leaves the scene. Shooter turns himself in later and is tried on voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault charges. A hung jury occurs and the dude is not re-tried. The situation in this case was the shooter was African American and the dead guy was white and a recently returned Iraq war vet. I predict a similar outcome if a jury vote has to be unanimous. Of course jury dynamics are important in these cases.

Football player has temper during football practice. Say that to yourself out loud.
Again, none of that means anything in this case.

It won't need to. The jury will figure it out.
Gasser will walk

He was originally charged with manslaughter. The grand jury sees the evidence and decides to hit him with a 2nd degree murder charge. You also have Gasser on record saying McKnight pulling in front of him pissed him off so he decided to chase him. Your boy is fricked.

so for the sake of an online discussion what i said reflects the word of the law.

Hard to imagine he doesn't plead to manslaughter - unless the shooting really was justified. Tough to show justification unless McKnight was armed.
But, I'm willing to let it play out.
