This is exactly why I went to see them in 2021 at the Cotton Bowl. I knew it could be the end at any time.

I got to see them and they put on a great show.

It was 1975 for me.

I was at the June 1, 1975 concert at the Assembly Center. Great time. I saw them a few times after that, but nothing compares.

They were surprisingly great in Chicago when I saw them in 2016 or so. Mick moved MUCH better back then than Bono (15 or more years his junior) did

Keith was noticeably really struggling at Jazz Fest. The rest of the band was great.

I thought he was off at the makeup show in the dome. JFest I thought he was great.

I saw them at the Superdome in 1981 on the Tattoo You tour. About 25 of us chartered a bus from Birmingham. Talk about a party bus. George Thorogood and the Destroyers and the Neville Brothers opened. At the time it set an attendance record for an indoor concert, something like 80,000. I remember the stadium floor was coated in beer, whiskey and God knows what else. Still a killer time and great memory. Glad I got to see them when they were still kind of in their prime.

I wonder how much Stones at the Sphere tickets would go for

If you were there (like me)..you know what his means! Star Star...

I am glad I got to see them in the summer of 1978 when the Superdome was new.

In 2016 we went to Desert Trip in Indio. Phenomenal. Fri night was the Stones and Dylan. It was my first time seeing the Stones and I thought they were great. I was actually a bit mad at myself for not seeing them sooner. I just always thought they were too old to go see

Sat was McCartney and Neil Young.
Sun was Roger Waters and The Who.

Best weekend of music ever

Thanks to TS Barry in 2019, I was able to get a refund for the original concert and rebook a floor ticket for the next night.

I guess some people couldn't stay an extra night in NO due to other obligations.

I was at that show, we drove down from Memphis. They announced the crowd at 96,500. We were on the floor and I thought, "I'll never get another chance..." so I (literally) fought my way to the stage. I made it to the front, and the band was like 8-10 feet away. I remember Keith looked ancient then. Didn't think he would last another decade. My one and only time in the Dome, and we took the escalators up to the top. Amazing place.

People get old. It's not that big of a deal. All kinds of bands, including MUCH younger bands than the Stones, add musicians to their tours for many different reasons.

Adding a guitarist to the lineup isn't lame at all.

Donald Fagen's voice is weak now but he still manages to get it done.
