Get along great with my neighbors and I've always got along with any neighbors I've had. I feel like its a huge benefit to be on good terms with your neighbors, especially if you go out of town or have kids.

Mine are all nice enough....but having close friendships with neighbors is not a good idea.

How Owlie’s neighbors would respond to the OP-
quote:

all but one of them and shes a crazy as frick

I wont talk to her one on one, cause no freaking idea how it would end
My neighbors are all retired and at least comfortable or wealthy.

In my case strict covenants make good neighbors.

We are all playing by the rules.

Pretty sure we hit the holy grail of neighbors. Always at each other's house cooking, partying, helping. Even take vacations together. Just the adults went to Key West and The Bahamas last year, 8 of us total. Going to Vegas later this year.

Helps that the adults and the kids are all around the same age too.

I get along fine with my neighbors.
We're separated by +1 acre lots and ask for help when we need it or ignore each other if we choose to do so.
Also, no HOA is a plus.

I do, regularly hang out and drink beers with most of them. New family recently moved next door who are friendly and accomdating but don’t socialize with us.
