So, what do you want to talk about? Me, or the issues?

Your first and last paragraphs contradict each other but that’s no surprise

Are you this big of a dick IRL? I’ve never seen you be able to carry on anything that resembles a debate without commenting on the persons past posts or just calling them names. Isn’t it exhausting just going around insulting anyone with a slightly different view than you?

Especially funny since you don't seem to mind Sao calling me names and you responded to a post where I didn't call anyone a name.

When it comes to individual rights, yes. Otherwise it resides at the states.

There's a reason why a woman's right to vote only became nation-wide after the 19th. Up until that point, women voting was a state-level issue

Hypothetically speaking of course, what year would the U.S. have passed an Amendment to the Constitution banning segregation in the United States if the Supreme Court did not intervene.

No because the original decision was based on false pretenses. This ruling has more to do with state’s rights than abortion.

Some states will make it legal the majority won’t. If a person doesn’t agree with the individual state decision they have free will to move to a state more befitting their beliefs.

Over time the people who want abortions will migrate to states that allow it. People who live in states tha make it legal to states where it is illegal.

There is no law that prevents moving between states so people can exercise their free will to live where they see fit

No one was talking about you since 2:34. You inserted yourself back in. I followed it just fine.

If you’re looking for a person that resorts to name calling and using previous posts out of context, there is a amazing technology that makes it easy for you. It’s called a mirror!

1. Bolster state's rights
2. Reduce purple states
3. Stir economic movement
4. Happier people, happier country

This is the way

All this talk of bodily autonomy...

Where were you clowns the last year with all of the vaccine mandates?

Everyone that is "pro-choice", but sided with the government over vaccine mandates can suck my arse. If I was in charge, I would drop you from a helicopter to see if you could fly.

You really can't compare those. The Brown decision was dealing with a pre-existing constitutional right.

The court didn't make up a right. The right already existed in the Constitution.

Good example of the problem with stare decisis though.

I believe it was Reagan that said if not for double standards, the left would have no standards at all.
