Never found her to be attractive but I bet she had a wild time in the swinging 70s.
Chuck Barris didn’t call her juice for nothing.

Man, I loved that show. Never missed it. A lot of the humor went over my 8-12 year old head, but the slapstick stuff was enough for me. Once I got older, I realized what a saucy minx Jaye P. Morgan was.
*unrelated Fun Fact: Michael Winslow a.k.a. “Gizmo” from Police Academy,” won the Gong Show in June of 1978. I remember watching it.

What was she famous for before the Gong show?
She was a singer.
From WIki:
In 1953, Morgan made a recording of "Life Is Just a Bowl of Cherries" issued by Derby Records,[6] which made it to #26 on the U.S. Billboard record chart. Soon after, she received an RCA Victor recording contract,[7] and she had five hits in one year, including her biggest hit "That's All I Want from You", which reached #3 on the chart.[8] Her other notable hits included "There's a Dream in My Heart" by Rolande Maxwell Young, "The Longest Walk", and "Pepper Hot Baby". After spending six years with RCA Victor, Morgan joined MGM Records in 1959.[3]
From 1954 to 1955, Morgan was a vocalist on the ABC television series show Stop the Music. In November 1955, the British music magazine, NME, reported that Morgan was the top female vocalist in the U.S. Cash Box poll.

Not great. She was 45 years old at the time as well.

Yeah same here ... I admittedly suck at pop culture but still, even with my limited knowledge, I have no idea who this woman is.

"Jaye P. Morgan" would be a pretty good pornstar name.
