Then you're probably going to screw up your credit.
Sometimes you just have to take the hit. I waited out a BS "debt" from an apartment management company when I was younger. There's not a whole lot a creditor like that can do if you're willing to avoid financing anything big for a few years.

Public schools in every population center in America are about to get a huge new influx of non-english speaking central american students who are way behind by U.S. academic standards, which will negatively affect learning experiences for preexisting student populations. We are about to go through the 50s and 60s all over again when it comes to public schools and integration issues. These are things the current administration did not think of when it let in 5 million new people overnight.

eems crazy they couldn't make this decision 3 weeks ago prior to Christmas and give the parents and students Christmas break to find somewhere new.
And now you know why the school failed.

Am I terrible person for thinking it is funny that they couldn’t even make it to the end of the week?
If I was a teacher, I’d definitely be using one of my sick days tomorrow.

A simple glance at kids at several NOLA area public schools confirms this. But from administrators at one school already seeing an influx, these kids are eager and willing to learn much like the Vietnamese influx in the 70s.

Did the catholic schools quit expelling people? Everyone I know who went to Ridgewood did so because they got kicked out of other places
Rummel enrollment is way down from the early to mid-2000s.
Anyone getting kicked out of Jesuit/Brother Martin is probably going to Rummel these days because they need all the students they can get.

private school demographic has been shrinking nationwide for 30 years and more so in NOLA metro area, no surprise.

When I was in high school there was this "Three Rivers Academy" place that would take basically anyone. I think it was in Covington. If you tried to misbehave, they just ignored you and cashed daddy's check.

Truth. They’re not even in the largest enrollment class in soccer

For Jefferson Parish it's several things-
*They now have two good grade schools and two good high schools that are charter/magnet.
*Population in many areas are older now and don't have kids.
*And yes more of the young families have moved out.
As for Nola, some public schools have gotten better. Your usual good private schools are still doing pretty good.
