So his symptoms started all the way back in the second week of March and y’all are still worried now? Lol sounds like everyone at your office spends too much time on Facebook.

You’re technically recovered after two negative tests but I’m not sure how far apart they need to be. Ask if he received any follow up instructions? Louisiana state doc said that they’re considered negative after three days without symptoms or requiring meds.

Surprised that you work hasn’t required Proof of a negative test in order to return to work

Nobody knows if he was cleared. Everyone scared to ask for fear of being accused of the R word. Hell, I'm staying. If I get it, I'll just "make one call, that's all". Shite.

I would think that proof of a negative test would be recommended. But it's taking 7 to 10 days for results to come in north Louisiana. He was positive 16 days ago. I'm staying.

Seriously the guidelines are all over the place and every doctor has their own opinion on them. We’ve been dealing with the same and haven’t allowed anyone back at work yet.

At my work we are doing at least 7 days since a positive test or 72 hours free from fever/symptoms....whichever is longer. To my knowledge we are not retesting people.

No we dont. We are in public safety frickwad. He was showing flu like symptoms second week of march. I didnt see him after that. He had to have been tested the following week and in monday the 23rd, positive test came back.

We wouldn't allow anyone back without clearance from their doctor. Not a chance.

We do not really have a plan in place to clear people post corona, so it's really "when" you feel good enough to return to work, you can just mosey on back.
I do feel that this may cause some issues in the future. Some people definitely have been working with light symptoms. Let's be honest, how many times have you had a little bug and you popped some Tylenol and went into work?

You might want to revise that. For those that have it and aren’t having many symptoms you run the risk of them returning to work and still being contagious and spreading it to others.
