Restaurant workers touching surfaces all over with their latex food preparation gloves

Don't worry, most restaurants I worked at in college, the cooks in the back just didn't wear gloves.

Where else are they supposed to put them on at?
You realize for most regular nursing units regular scrubs that are purchased and laundered by staff are just fine? If they are caring for a patient with something contagious or dealing with a wound, etc....they should be wearing proper PPE (gowns, gloves, masks, goggles, etc) to protect themselves and prevent them spreading that to other patients. They also should be washing their hands (or using hand sanitizer) every time they enter and exit a patient’s room. Again...to prevent spread of infection.
Only areas such as burn units, ORs, labor and delivery areas...etc, require staff to wear hospital issued scrubs that can’t leave the hospital.

You should get a local report on every restaurant you go to.
Needless to say, you’ll probably never eat out again because every restaurant violates code all of the time. To me, it’s how bad they violated it.

I ate at Ava today on Essen. Excellent vermicelli.
But the waitress had a latex cover thingie only on her right pointer finger. And it was bumpy looking.
TF was it? Looked like a tiny condom.

She likely cut her finger and the finger cot(that is what it was called) was covering the bandaged finger.

I googled and it def looked like a finger cot but had a bunch of spikes on the outside of it.
