I don’t get the point of a funeral procession. It’s 2018. We can’t just say “hey, the gravesite is here. Everybody head there and we will start at xx:xx.” Why does every car need to be together?

For any guys reading this who have a motorcycle and a young family: get rid of it. It isn’t worth it

My heart breaks for his family. I know too well that pain.

You are one of those rare (luckily for the rest of us) individuals who always says the wrong thing at the most inopportune times.

And you wonder why most all folks don’t like you?

Is this some type of projection or externalization or do you have the wrong user?

I see this as a gross mischaracterization of the user you quoted.

The more I see his picture, the more familiar he looks. I know, for sure, I have never met him. Can anybody think of a celebrity or athlete that he resembles? I am drawing a blank.

I still can’t believe there have been no charges against the truck driver. Jones Creek, in the area where the accident happened, has pretty good visibility at intersections. Funeral processions generally travel at a slower rate than the speed limit, especially if not on the interstate. I learned long ago to wait until the procession has passed before pulling out, this is a sign of respect (something most don’t know the meaning of today). The truck driver was seated at a much higher level than the victim on the motorcycle, so I’m sure he could see him. IMO the jackass in the truck pulled out to beat the procession and ended up killing someone. The damage to the front of his truck looks pretty bad, unless it was a truck made of aluminum foil, he was hauling arse to beat the funeral procession. What is wrong with BRPD. Oh, and should I mention that those traveling on Jones Creek have the right of way to traffic turning on from intersections, parking lots or drive ways.

My thought also is that he saw the funeral procession and his attention was on it, and he was looking past the moto cop on his way to the next intersection.
