First time I flew into Green Bay it was a Sunday evening in the Summer. Now Green Bay is about the size of Lafayette But I drove around for 30 minutes and found a dozen open bars open and not a single 'real' restaurant at 7pm.
I finally found a gem, The Sardine Can. It's a bar but they'd whipped up free Totino's pizzas for customers. And seconds were encouraged.
I've been back many times.
TLDR Wisconsin drinks a LOT.
