Northshore River levels are already up, and it happended fairly quickly this morning. If we get a lot of rain tonight it's going to be an issue.

Yes with the intense rain far east of the storm's center
Landfall is predicted around LC but if things continue the way they are that means rain hammering Tangi, St. Tammany etc which is the last thing they need
Look what is happening in Folsom.
Yesterday at this time the Tchefuncte was at 5.5 ft today at 2pm its 21 ft and still rising. Insane!

UPDATE
It appears that the storm's center as we've known it is finally over water BUT there is also some evidence that a new center may be forming more into the GOA
This is where things get interesting.

So the newest update got this thing staying in Texas or the track doesn't matter cuz it's so discombobulated that we still gonna get lots of rain in BR?
