That's rough. It's impossible for them to both stay in their lane, and stay on the road. And I see cars try to slip by as they turn all the time.

You should tell the police officers who don't assign fault and just write up a report.

Those aren't exactly luxury vehicles

I feel like sometimes we are two different states.

You can't hit someone who is rightfully in possession of their lane. If you take a left onto private property and a vehicle is legally passing you, it's your fault if there is a collision.

The truck has to be sure its clear before the turn is made. Sucks, but that's the way it works. The insurance company foe the truck will try to argue otherwise though.

Out of that grouping, it's so strange why none of them are at work.
