Well this just seems like a horrible idea for a number of reasons.

They are marketing this to the military. Company Website with military robot pics. I hope not to see this creeping down my street anytime soon.

For those who haven't seen the video of this thing walking around. YT video of this thing in all kinds of terrain.

ETA: I just saw the thread below is Machines to invade Japan. I guess this would qualify. If it didn't get eaten.*

*YES, I know the Japanese don't eat dog. That's the Chinese. Just a joke.

Once they start bundling the gun with the arm attachment we're screwed.

Dallas PD used a robot several years ago to take out the BLM assassin who murdered five policemen. Only negative was that the brave robot didn’t survive

These robots are reserved for domestic use only. They'll be kicking down doors of political dissidents before long while a pack of them are protecting Haitians crossing the border.

Flying gun drones are scarier, but due to the anthropomorphic nature of the robot dogs/humans people are more creeped out by them.

Yeah but what caliber is it? Doesn't have enough "knockdown" power unless it's a .45 acp.

Can't wait until these things are sent out to mitigate risks of domestic terrorism, and when it's pointed out they just killed some dudes for wrong think, we're told the AI is beyond reproach and we need to trust the science
