What the hell!!!?

Total bs IMO.

Longevity? Yes. Attraction? Hell no.

I don’t want to put my dick in an ideology.

Reese Witherspoon today and 20 years ago? Absolutely.

Once upon a time politics, religion, etc. would come up for discussion only when it was time to take the relationship up to the next level. Surely not on the first few dates when you're deciding whether your basic personalities are compatible. We should go back to that.

Carville and Matalin seem to make it work. There are millions of Catholic-Protestant, Christian-Jewish, and even Hindu-Muslim marriages. Some people make politics or religion a core belief and dealbreaker. That's a choice. It doesn't have to be that way.

I certainly wouldn't say no if she was offering it up, but her chin has always bothered me.

She's no bombshell.

Witherspoon has earned a reputation among some as an insufferable b*tch of the highest order.
The rest of these comments seem indifferent to that, except for the usual “he/ she disagrees with me politically, so I hate her”.

am i supposed to believe that i’d have a lot in common with anyone who supports and advocates men walking around pretending to be women is apart of healthy normal society?

or maybe it’s just me, I’m the weirdo, who thinks men pretending to be women and the whole world pretending that’s completely acceptable, is a little fricking much to just be cool with? you tell me

Dude, nobody in this board has anything in common with Reese freakin' Witherspoon. Nobody's going to be seen on the beach at Montserrat with her. The question is WYHI if God decided to play a massive practical joke and throw you together for a wild weekend.

Don't like her chin? Don't like her bitchy personality? Fine. Hate her politics so much you wouldn't even hypothetically hook up with her? That's just sad.

Your instincts seem to be right.
You’re a weirdo .
You have strange ideas about what “everybody else” who does not agree with you fully, actually believes.
But if demonizing all those folks helps you cope, carry on…

Never really thought she was that special. With that being said, definitely would as many times as I could

I wouldn't know her opinion on pressing culture war issues of the day if not for this thread. Some of you seem to have made quite a study of it.

She’s like Meg Ryan. Pretty but zero sex appeal.
