Pleats are back
Pleats only serve to make the wearer look fat.
Flat front will never go out of style.

If blue collar work then can’t go wrong with Carhart
The CE Schmidt line of tough workwear at Tractor Supply is similar quality to Carhardtt at a good price.
Unrelated but Schmidt makes the best boot socks I've ever owned.

I discovered golf pants this summer.
I like the addidas brand the best but they are all good. Game changer since I'm in and out of construction sites most days in the heat. Beats the crap out of cotton khakis. A quick iron every 4-5 washes and they are good to go.

Roundtree & York TravelSmart slacks at Dillard’s.
Non-iron, last forever, and if you catch a sale in seasonal transitions they’re cheap. I bought a pair on sale a couple weeks ago for $15. Regular $50 to $80.
There’s also a Dillard’s outlet at the Esplanade that always has them cheap.

Sansabelt trousers are making a comeback. I'd suggest jumping on the trend early.

I like Banana Republic's slim fit khakis. Their biggest sale is this week (16th-20th) and everything in store is 50% off.
