The gene for MPB can go years without being activated. And in some guys the hair will only recede to a certain point and stop. Some guys are more genetically sensitive to DHT than others. There’s too many factors that influence hair loss.

It all depends on one’s genetic facial structures like jaw shape, cheek bones, and overall head shape.
Guys with a wide-enough jaw shape and long neck are able to get away with having no hair and still look good to women.
Guys with a narrow jaw shape and a short-neck are going to have a harder time pulling it off.

The second I noticed I had thinning in my hairline I did this. Took about a year of taking finasteride but I’m back to normal.

I disagree. I’m right there, and as long as I keep it short and not as pronounced, it’s not so bad. If and when I get to 5 though, that’s mutant stuff, and it’s coming off, but for now, I’m not surrendering. I still have some fight left in me.
