CA man eats severed leg of pedestrian killed by train

A man was arrested in California, US, on Friday after he was spotted walking around with the severed leg of a person who died in a train accident, according to police. A video of the incident surfaced on social media showing the man swinging the leg, and what appeared to be, sniffing and eating some part of it as well.
The man removed the limb from the railway tracks of the Wasco Amtrak station. In the video, he appeared unbothered even as responding officers approached him, and even gave a brief wave when he spotted the cameras.

If I had a quarter for every time I've driven through my shitty neighborhood/town and seen a dirty bum snacking on a human leg I'd, well.......I'd be looking for a fresh human leg to throw on the smoker because I'd be broke as hell and starving.
