I'm not talking about people who are 20-30 lbs. overweight. I'm talking like 3-400 pounders. WTF is these people's diet like? How does this happen where people get to be 100 lbs.-plus overweight? Are they all just knocking down little debbies all day every day?

Dedication and working toward a goal.
Two things you know nothing about.

They eat lots of food and never move around.

Usually a traumatic event that alters the brain which results in altered behavior and ghrelin and leptin levels

I would say it's the way they were raised. A lot of times overweight parents have overweight kids.

I watch that 600 lb Life show and every single one of them suffered sexual abuse when they were young and binge ate so no one would touch them again. It's very sad.

Could be a number of factors:
Genetics
Some stress related incident (a lot of people get insanely depressed after a death in the family and just stress eat and never go exercise, etc)
You love the frick out of Popeyes and McDonald's and sugar drinks
Your parents are fat lards that feed you bullshite at a young age

They don't know what their satiety point is and since comfort foods are used its just empty calories that are not very filling

i believe about half of them if that many...if you watch you will notice most are already fat before the alleged molestation took place.

I think they just don't move at all. Spend the whole weekend watching movies and playing video games I guess. Average American steps per day is 5000. I get the 10000 per day in and I fricking work at a desk for a living.

Most fat people are dumb southerners who aren't even close to SJWs
