Realized I’m outing myself when it comes to hot celebs

Twice in the last few weeks I knew the name of a somewhat famous hot girl that other girls around me couldn’t remember. First it was Aubrey Plaza. My wife and her friend were talking about a movie she was in and they couldn’t remember her name and I knew it right away and told them.
Next my wife was trying to remember the name of the USA gymnast who made the “not impressed” face and I immediately could tell her it was McKayla Maroney. I’m pretty sure I only knew their names because they’re hot and I’ve “enjoyed” some of their better photos a time or two.
Does this happen to anyone else? Should I just keep my mouth shut in these situations? I’m worried either they will think I’m a creep (I am) or that I’m a closet homosexual who watches entertainment tonight or follows Perez Hilton or whatever gay celebs followers do these days.

Don’t sweat it if they know you’re good at answering general questions on jeopardy. If you’re not, then ya gotta come up with a story to satisfy the wife.

Imagine how it might be when you have actually met some that are considered "hot celebs/babes" in real life and might publicly spill some little detail that ordinary "fans" don't know. I just had a casual phone conversation with my daughter, during which we mentioned a number of friends and acquaintances who would be considered to be in that number. I find that I have to filter what I say about them to anyone but my daughter so as to not seem a stereotypical celeb stalker.
