Grew up in Spring. KISD is great. Went from grade school to hs there and mom taught for KISD for ten years. I still enjoy going back to the Spring area of Houston.

The Plano/Allen/Frisco area is going to be even more of a bonanza for realtors than it already is.

Toyota will mean *a lot* more jobs than the 4K or so they're bringing directly. Their suppliers, etc.

These will be white collar jobs looking for your standard $500K to $1MM breeding pen. Guess it's better than living in 1/2 the home for twice the price in Cali!

I mean, if you're gonna live in the Woodlands, which is far away from everything and trafficky, why not live in Magnolia and get a shite-ton more land and house for the money? The schools are not bad in Magnolia by any means.
